1. Convenience - This is the main reason to work with us. It eliminates travel time to and from the gym, searching for parking, changing in the locker room, etc. Time is a precious commodity. It is a resource that cannot be renewed. Once it is spent, it is spent. In-home training is much more time efficient and allows you to save that time spent going back and forth to the gym, changing, showering, etc. on more important things.
We all have busy and hectic lives. Lack of time is one of the primary reasons why people neglect their health and fitness. Having a us come to you, at a time that is convenient for you, eliminates that excuse.
In-home personal training is ideal for many people, and can specifically benefit stay at home moms, those with busy schedules, the elderly, and those with physical limitations that have difficulty getting to the gym.
2. Privacy and Comfort - Another reason is that you can work out in the privacy of your own home. The environment at the gym can be intimidating to many people. People may be self conscious working out in front of other people for different reasons. Maybe they are new to fitness, maybe they have certain physical limitations, or maybe they just don't like other people watching them while they work out.
Having us come to you lets you work out in the privacy and comfort of your own home without the audience and other distractions that come with a public gym.
3. No Equipment Needed - We don't require that you have a home gym or any type of equipment. If you do have equipment, that is great and we can put it to use, but it is not a necessity. We will design a program that meets all your wants and needs, and we will bring everything necessary for a great workout.
4. Accountability - This is probably the most important reason. Havingus come to you will eliminate all excuses to skip a workout, and will keep you on track towards your fitness goals. Everyone has their moments when they don't feel like getting in the car to drive to the gym for a workout. But when we come right to your door, that excuse goes out the window.
We will keep you accountable, not only for your scheduled sessions, but we also stay in contact during the times we are not with you to make sure that you are staying on top of your fitness and nutrition.
